MISSION

The Peoples Party of Empathy aims to break the two-party system for a more people focused government.

OUR PLATFORM

  • Stop all Genocides, seek forgiveness for past Genocides. Prevent future genocides.

  • While the US claims to have a separation of church and state, churches are offered exemptions to paying equivalent taxes as their neighbors. This has caused an abuse in the system that allows religious leaders to profit from their position.

    Our plan is to audit every house of worship to see how much public service they provide to the communities they serve. If it’s determined that the finances collected by a house of worship is pocketed as revenue, that house of worship will be forced to pay the same taxes as neighboring businesses.

  • The richest among us must pay their fair share.Middle class Americans pay taxes each year with the expectation that they might see relief in the next administration while the 1% reap tax benefits.

    Our plan is to scale taxes owed to household incomes so middle class Americans can pay a more affordable tax rate while upper class Americans will pay a higher percentage to accommodate the wealth discrepancy between the 1% and the middle class Americans that hold this country up.

  • Americans with disabilities, physical and mental, have historically not been supported by administrations in the past. Even with the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), most Americans face difficult accommodations and even discrimination from employment

    Our plan is to enforce the ADA to all business conglomerates with the threat of tax penalties to those that do not comply. We will implement a dedicated budget to helping small businesses upgrade their establishment to better accommodate our disabled neighbors to further equality in our communities.


  • Religion should not be a basis for laws.

    In the same vein as separating church and state, religion has no place in politics. We are nation united by our differences, but when our government makes preferential treatment to one religion over another, it sends a clear message to the American people that their religion is not valid. Lawmakers disregard the voices of the People and instead vote in the name of religion. These laws serve to only hurt the American people, especially the middle class Americans who find themselves losing access to life-saving and life-changing medical treatments.

    Our plan is to return the root of our Constitution and the very foundation of our nation to keep church and state separate, and out of politics.

  • Lawmakers should be taking their direction from the voters.

    The illusion of democracy has been orchestrated by lobbyists that hold the strings to our government.

    Elected officials cannot be bought.

  • Politics shall not be a lifetime career.

  • Ban police forces from buying military gear. Focus on de-escelation

    Our government uses fear mongering to justify arming our cities’ local police force with assault rifles and grenades, and receiving training from genocidal institutions internationally. In the past twenty years, this has resulted in not safety and security among our citizens, but fear and death to the disenfranchised communities, especially in our black-majority neighborhoods.

    This brutality stops with us. All police officials will be required to take mandatory training on de-escalation tactics that will be enforced in all operations. Military-grade weapons will be withdrawn from all police properties and returned to military-designated facilities.

  • Politics will not be a way to get rich

  • You shall know exactly where your tax money is spent.

  • If you are not itemizing. You will be sent a check or bill by the IRS without

    filing.

  • Connect all cities by a High Speed rail system.

  • Increase the amount of Busses and Trains. Both will be clean and run on time.

  • Bring back community centers and gardens

  • Corporations enjoy the protections of being a person, without being held to the same standards.

  • Corporations shall not own family homes.

    No individual shall own more than Two( 2 ) Family Homes.

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables shall be available to everyone.

  • No elected official shall earn more than %200 of their state’s minimum wage.

  • Corporations will be punished for poisoning the planet.

  • Not everyone can be vaccinated. We must do what we can to help

  • Prison workers will be paid livable wages. Prisoners will not be forced to pay for lodging.

    Remove the “except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted.” Section of the 13th amendment.

  • Pay has not kept up with the cost of living

  • If you have ever worked for another nations military and/or government. You may not hold office in America

  • Too many people are one injury away from financial ruin

  • International Law must be followed.

  • Elected officials may not be employed by any corporate entity for 10 years after they have left office

  • Food, Water, and Shelter are necessary for surviving

    Phone and Internet access are necessary for thriving.

  • I want everyone taken care of. Regardless of how much money they make.

  • Everyone will automatically be eligible to vote in EVERY election

  • Allow workers more time with their families and hobbies.

  • If you must travel to a physical location. That time must be paid.

  • If a job can be done at home. It must be allowed
